Steve Southern from Southern's Fine Dining will be here with his grill and cooking up some wonderful treats for us.  Plus we will have most of our new Limited Edition wines for this year available for tasting.  Cost is $20 per person and includes one of our etched logo wine glasses and your first glass of wine.
Menu: Crudites Table of Assorted Fresh Vegetables and a Selection of Dips, Including Classic Toasted Onion, Ranch, Blue Cheese, and Hummus.Domestic Cheeses, Seasonal Fruits and Berries with a Selection of Crackers and Croutons.Local spring greens with pear tomatoes, tossed in caramelized shallot, sherry wine vinaigrette, Texas goat cheese croutons.Roasted Sirloin Tri Tips with Dr. Pepper Glaze, accompanied by Roasted Garlic, jalapeno and Cheddar Cheese Potato Cakes, with Soft Rolls. Tamale Stuffed Breast of Chicken over Corn Cilantro Rice with Tomatillo Cream Sauce. Grilled Vegetable Platter with Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Egg Plant, Red Onion, Red Pepper, and Roasted Poblano Peppers
