November 27, 2012 – December 5, 2012 Deal:
Our November 2012 Grouponicus Winemaking Deal for a Full Batch of Wine (28 Bottles) with full custom labels for 2 or 4 people at Water 2 Wine-DTC in Greenwood Village is for NEW Customers only. Current/Previous customers may purchase this Groupon as a gift for friends or family; however, this deal will NOT be honored if purchased to be used by an existing/past customer. No other discounts or combinations of discounts will apply.
When looking to book your Wine Making Experience with your Groupon, please remember that appointments can be made after January 22, 2013. No earlier reservations will be accepted, no exceptions. ALL Groupon Wine Making Experiences must be scheduled in advance; no walk-ins will be accommodated for this deal. You MUST mention your Groupon at time of booking AND present your voucher upon arrival to be redeemed. Have your voucher ready on your smart phone upon arrival, or bring the printed version with you and present it when you arrive.

· CUSTOM LABELS: It is your responsibility to create, design, and send a completed JPEG version of your label prior to your bottling date; Complete (print ready) labels MUST be received a minimum of one week prior to the scheduled bottling date. July 31 - August 3, 2012 Deal:
If you purchased the Groupon that ran July 31-August 3, 2012, you do not need an appointment to come in and use the Groupon. You can join us anytime during regular business hours (please check our calendar to ensure we are not closed for a private party) to redeem your Groupon. Please note, as indicated on Groupon’s website, purchases made using the Groupon voucher are not eligible to be used in combination with other discounts (including Wine Club), coupons, gift certificates, vouchers, giveaways, donations and/or “freebies”.
In addition, Groupon vouchers cannot be “pooled” toward purchases-you may use one per person, per transaction, per visit. In addition, Groupon vouchers cannot be “pooled” toward the purchase of a batch of wine (the purchase of a batch is one transaction). If you and friends come in and buy multiple batches of wine, each person can use one Groupon voucher toward the purchase of each batch of wine (e.g. 1 voucher = 1 batch of wine purchased; 4 vouchers = 4 batches of wine purchased). Also, the voucher is not redeemable for gift certificates, Wine Club Memberships or consignment merchandise in the store (this is merchandise that a local artisan places in our store for display and sale).
May 23-25, 2012 Deal:
** PLEASE NOTE: This Groupon HAS expired, and based upon Groupon’s rules, the promotional value of the Groupon expired on November 30, 2012, meaning that if your wine was not bottled by that date, the promotional value of this deal was forfeited. However, as a pure courtesy to all the customers who purchased this Groupon and did not redeem it prior to the expiration date, Water 2 Wine-DTC has chosen to offer the full value of this deal (including the promotional value) for an extremely limited time: Jan. 22 – Feb. 27, 2013 ONLY. The January & February 2013 scheduled class dates will be exactly the same as those offered during the time the Groupon was originally valid. If you do not book into one of the scheduled classes offered during this time, the promotional value of the deal will once again be forfeited and the purchase price of the Groupon will be the only value available for you to use. You MUST call to reserve your space for a scheduled class, based upon our posted calendar at www.water2wine.com/dtc. We have been hosting Groupon Wine Making Experience Classes nearly every day since May 28, sometimes two and three classes a day. Most of the classes hosted through June, July and August had many openings in them in which you could have redeemed your Groupon. Presently, all of the remaining Wine Making Experience classes are currently full.
Remember:
- The Groupon Expires Nov 30, 2012;
- Per the Expiration Terms of the Groupon, you must bottle your wine before the expiration date (Nov 30, 2012);
- Due to the 8-10 weeks required to complete fermentation, the LAST Wine Making Experience Class is offered on Saturday, September 29, 2012, and that class is currently full.
Keep in mind, the promotional value of your Groupon EXPIRES on November 30, 2012, consistent with the terms of the Groupon. Specifically, you needed to attend a class prior to or on September 29, 2012 so that your wine is bottled prior to the expiration date, November 30, 2012. Unfortunately, all of the remaining class dates are currently full. The good news is that the amount you paid for the Groupon does not expire and can be applied toward the purchase of a batch of wine. Specifically, if you purchased the 6-bottle Experience, you have an available credit of $89.00 that you may apply toward the purchase of a complete batch of wine. If you purchased the 12-bottle Experience, you have an available credit of $125.00 that you may apply toward the purchase of a complete batch of wine. You may utilize your Groupon and apply it toward a batch purchase at any time during the remainder of 2012. Keep in mind that inventory and selection gets very limited as the holidays get closer.
